“There has been an important change in the stadiums, since the passive behaviour of the vast majority of spectators is now collaborative. People point out and report in the stadiums when they hear a racist insult.
"We can take action, do things, but the important thing is the metrics and knowing if I am reducing what I intend to and that is what we have to measure. We have made progress but we still have a long way to go because these behaviours continue to exist in the world of football."
