According to The Sun, European champions Real Madrid have reportedly been monitoring Huijsen for some time. Club scouts have been impressed by his maturity and seamless transition to the Premier League, prompting speculation about a potential move. Huijsen’s Spanish nationality adds another layer of appeal for Madrid. Though he was born in Netherlands, the defender moved to Spain at the age of five and has represented the Under-21 national team, with many tipping him for a senior call-up in the near future.
