Missing Cristiano? Ronaldo Jr looks underwhelmed during 14th birthday celebrations with Georgina Rodriguez as he wears Germany shirt & receives suitcase gift

Georgina Rodriguez has shown off some celebrations from Ronaldo Jr's 14th birthday on social media. The teenager was spotted wearing a new Germany away shirt but didn't appear too impressed, or even possibly awake, initially when the family's celebrations began. Ronaldo Jr also seemed underwhelmed when presented with a gift in the shape of a snazzy new suitcase. However, there were plenty of smiles later when family and friends met for a dinner and presented the teenager with a birthday cake complete with candles.

Rodriguez posted a video of the day on Instagram with the message: "Happy Birthday to my big boy. I love you to the moon and baaacccckkkk."

Ronaldo also sent a message to his son from Germany where he's featuring with Portugal at Euro 2024. He wrote: "I can't believe you're 14, time flies. Congratulations, my partner in crime! Daddy loves you so much.”

While 39-year-old Ronaldo is heading towards the end of his incredible career, his son is hoping to follow in his legendary footsteps and already appears to have inherited his father's eye for goal. Ronaldo Jr has also joined Al-Nassr's Under-13s and helped the team win the league with three weeks to spare.

Ronaldo Jr may have to wait a while longer to be reunited with his dad as he bids for glory with the Portugal team at Euro 2024. Roberto Martinez's side play again on Saturday against Turkey as they look to book a spot in the knockout stages.
