Romantic break over! Maya Jama & Ruben Dias heading back to 'work' after soaking up the sun in Italy - with Love Island & Nations League duty calling

Having first got together late last year, after meeting at the MTV EMA event in Manchester and welcoming in 2025 on the party island of Ibiza, Jama and Dias have gone public with their relationship over recent months.

Jama has attended Manchester City and Portugal games that featured Dias, while the 28-year-old defender has been showering his new love interest with gifts - including regular bouquets of flowers.

They have now been soaking up the sun on the Amalfi Coast, with the luxury surrounds of a private yacht being enjoyed. Both, though, have day jobs to get back to. Jama is preparing to host another series of Love Island, while Dias is due on Nations League duty with Portugal.

Updating her followers on social media with a video filmed aboard a private jet, Jama said: “Getting dropped off to Majorca. Love Island fans you can rest. I’m going to work now and so is he!”

Jama will be spending several weeks in the Balearic Islands, while Dias will be jetting off to the United States once international action is over - with Manchester City preparing to grace the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup.
