Christian Pulisic set for reunion with ex-Chelsea team-mate Tammy Abraham as AC Milan agree swap deal with Roma

Per Calciomercato, Abraham is set to move on loan to Roma from Milan as part of a deal that will see Saelemaekers go the other way on another short-term deal. It means the England striker will reunite with Christian Pulisic, with whom he played at Chelsea.

The two stars played together 44 times at Chelsea, combining for three goals, and will now be playing together at San Siro. Abraham has a solid record in Serie A and has scored 26 goals in 84 games in Italy's top-flight, but has battled chronic injury issues.

Milan have yet to win a game in Serie A this season, losing 2-1 to Parma and drawing 2-2 with Torino. They will hope the signing of Abraham can provide a much-needed boost.

Pulisic and Abraham will have their first chance to team up once again when Milan face Lazio this weekend. It remains to be seen if the latter is deemed fit enough to make his debut.
