Bastian Schweinsteiger's marriage to Ana Ivanovic in 'deep crisis' as ex-Man Utd star & tennis ace face shock separation after nine years

Bild report that "dark clouds" hang over the sporting power couple and that a split is a possibility. Former Manchester United and Bayern Munich star Schweinsteiger and ex-tennis ace Ivanovic have been married for nine years and have three sons together.

The report states that the pair are often separated by thousands of miles, with Schweinsteiger travelling all over the world and Ivanovic remaining with her children in Serbia. She relies on her parents and brother for support.

The couple got married in Venice nine years ago but have rarely been seen together for months. Their last Instagram post together came in December 2024.

It remains to be seen whether the couple are able to stay together, with Ivanovic refusing to comment on private matters to Bild. However, Schweinsteiger and Ivanovic did appear together in a promotional video to announce a contract extension with fashion company 'BRAX' at the start of April.
