Amaju Pinnick re-elected as NFF president for second term

Amaju Pinnick has been re-elected as president of the Nigeria Football Federation after a flawless victory in Thursday’s presidential election.

The Confederation of African Football first vice-president defeated Taiwo Ogunjobi, Aminu Maigari and Chinedu Okoye at the elective congress in Katsina state.

While gathering a total of 34 votes, former NFF president Maigari boasts of eight votes.

Seyi Akinwunmi returned as the vice president of the NFF after defeating Dele Ajayi from Ondo state with 41 votes to two.

For Ifeanyi Ubah, he fulfilled his vow not to contest if Pinnick is re-elected as NFF boss. And with this, Shehu Gusau becomes the chairman of chairmen.
