Sunday is set to see the final draw of the 2018 Africa Women Cup of Nations take centre stage in Ghana's capital of Accra.
Billed for the plush Movenpick Ambassador Hotel at 19:00 GMT, the event will set the tone for the two-week tournament holding from November 17 to December 1.
The eight tournament finalists will be distributed into two groups of four.
Hosts Ghana are expected to make Group A, which will be based in Accra - one of two host cities.
The central regional capital of Cape Coast will welcome the four teams of Group B.
Caf is yet to announce the group seedings or the official draw procedure hours to Sunday's event.
“We are waiting to find out who we will be drawn against, but really we are not keen on avoiding anyone," Ghana coach Bashir Hayford told Daily Graphic.
"The focus is to win and get to the final and claim the title and that means being prepared for anyone.
"If we avoid a team at the group stage, we could still meet in the next round.
“Rather, my focus now is how to get my team completely ready for the challenge. If we are drawn against perceived [minnows] but we don’t get our preparations right, we can't realise our dreams."
Ghana 2018 will be the 11th edition of the women's Afcon, Nigeria having lifted the title on eight occasions.
Equatorial Guinea, who were champions in 2008 and 2012, will not play at this year's competition after being disqualified for fielding an ineligible player during their qualifying victory over Kenya.
The top three finishers of the tournament will secure automatic places at next year's Fifa Women's World Cup to be hosted in France.
Qualified teams: Ghana (hosts), Algeria, Cameroon, Kenya, Mali, Nigeria, South Africa and Zambia
