He opened his reign with a three-match unbeaten run, but has since suffered back-to-back defeats against Arsenal and Nottingham Forest.</p>

<p>Amorim has responded to those claims by saying: “As a coach I cannot focus just on that. The way we can see in the future titles, I think that our goal is to win the Premier League. Of course you can do the maths and you understand that for a big club like us to be in the Champions League is so important, and then you can look at the table and you can see that from Europa League maybe is easier that you can take this. But I’m not focused on that – our goal is to win the Premier League, not just to go to Champions League. To go to Champions League is an important point, to win the Premier League that is really clear. But for me the most important thing is to win and to see something different in the team in every game.”</p>

On a similar theme, <a href="https://x.com/T0SINB0I/status/1866969351578132812" target="_blank">@T0SINB0I</a> said: “Are you hallucinating? This is England not Portugal. Wake up mate.”</p>
