WATCH: Can Liverpool and Salah end Chelsea's Anfield joy?

Reigning Premier League champions Chelsea travel up to Merseyside this weekend hoping to continue a fine recent run of form at Anfield.

The Blues haven’t lost away to Liverpool in five matches, dating back to May 2012, but old friend Mo Salah will be out to put an end to all that.

The Egypt international has now hit nine goals in just 12 Premier League appearances for the Reds - the most by any Liverpool player in their first dozen appearances in the competition.

Moreover, Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has proved himself the king of the competition’s big games, with no team having claimed more points in all-Big Six clashes than the German’s side (37 in 22 games) since his October 2015 arrival.

Elsewhere this weekend, second-placed Manchester United will be desperate not to let runaway leaders City out of their sights.

Jose Mourinho’s men host Brighton safe in the knowledge that they are unbeaten in 38 games at Old Trafford in all competitions and have won their last 18 home Premier League games against sides in their debut season in England's top division.

They can ill-afford to slip-up, with Pep Guardiola’s City facing Huddersfield knowing victory would take them to 37 points, the outright best points tally of a side after 13 games of a Premier League season.

Meanwhile, fourth-placed Tottenham will be looking to continue their good form against manager-less West Brom, and Arsenal will be out to kick-on from their north London derby victory last weekend when they meet Burnley.
