VIDEO: Barcelona target Paulinho and Pato score in seven-goal Chinese thriller

It was a good day for Brazilians in China, with Paulinho and Alexandre Pato both finding the net in a wild 4-3 victory for Tianjing Quanjian over Guangzhou Evergrande on Sunday.

VIDEO: The most ridiculous red card

Pato was the first on the board, with his 68th minute strike giving Tianjing a 3-1 lead. The former Milan man weaved his way toward goal before stroking home a low effort from 18 yards out, leaving two defenders in his wake.

Not to be outdone by hs countryman, Paulinho proceeded to score twice in the final 18 minutes as Guangzhou pressed for an equaliser. His first goal of the match was the result of a nice bit of control by the Barcelona target before hitting it on the volley. He completed his brace in stoppage time when he poked in a botched clearance attempt in the Tianjing goalmouth.

Unfortunately for Paulinho and Guangzhou, the late fightback was not enough and the hosts were able to hold on to the victory.

The win was not without its victims, though, as Tianjing goalkeeper Zhang Lu was left bleeding after smashing head-first into the post following a good save from a first-half free-kick

After receiving medical attention he was able to continue and finished the match.
