Mauricio Pochettino: Victor Wanyama could return for Tottenham on Saturday

Victor Wanyama could be available for selection for Tottenham Hotspur when they face Crystal Palace on Saturday.

The Kenyan captain suffered a knee injury in the Carabao Cup victory over West Ham United last Wednesday that saw the former Celtic and Southampton midfielder miss Spurs league win over Wolverhampton Wanderers.

But Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino has revealed that the midfielder is slowly returning to full fitness.

This will be good news to Harambee Stars coach Sebastien Migne, who named Wanyama in the squad set to face off with Sierra Leone in the forthcoming Afcon Qualifiers on November 18.
