Kenneth Omeruo's header made the difference at the Alexandria Stadium as the three-time African champions bagged their second successive win and clean sheet in Egypt.
They currently lead Group B with six points after two matches and have qualified for the round of 16 with a game to spare.

After the game, the players resorted to singing and dancing as they exit the stadium and in their team bus.
