EXTRA TIME: Didier Drogba meet up with World Cup winner Paul Pogba

The two-time African Footballer of the Year is proud of the of the midfielder's feat in Russia

African legend Didier Drogba caught up Paul Pogba after the Manchester United midfielder helped France to the 2018 World Cup trophy.

Pogba was vital in Les Bleus' triumph in Russia and also scored a goal in their 4-2 defeat of Croatia in the final.

The 25-year-old played six of France's seven matches at the tournament, missing his side's inconsequential final group game against Denmark.

Before embarking on a well deserved holiday, Drogba linked up to commend him for a job well done on football's biggest stage.
