The 26-year-old Brazilian was 125/1 (126.0) to score three or more goals in-play and became the fifth player to score a hat-trick in a Champions League semi-final. A wager on the correct score of 3-2 in the second leg returned 25/1 (26.0) according to oddsportal.com.

The dramatic turnaround saw Tottenham qualify for the first European Cup or Champions League final in their history. It was the first time that a team had come back from two goals behind to win the second leg of a semi-final in this competition since Manchester United in 1999 against Juventus.
With an all-English final confirmed, bet365 make Liverpool 1/2 (1.50) to lift the trophy in Madrid on June 1. Tottenham are outsiders at 6/4 (2.50) to be crowned the best team in Europe at the Wanda Metropolitano.
There could be yet more European silverware destined for England this season too.
