Caf Champions League Group A: Fixtures, kick-off times, TV channels and preview

Esperance de Tunis and Al Ahly will both be looking to finish at the top of the 2018 Caf Champions League Group A table on match day six. 

Nicknamed the Blood and Gold, Esperance will travel to the National Stadium where they are scheduled to face Township Rollers in Gaborone on Tuesday.

The Blood and Gold are heading into the encounter wounded having lost 1-0 to Al Ahly at home in their previous Group A game over a week ago.

The defeat saw Esperance slip down to second place on the Group A standings having accumulated 10 points from five matches. They are behind group leaders Al Ahly because of the head-to-head rule.

The reigning Tunisian Ligue Professionnelle 1 champions will win Group A if they defeat Rollers and the other result goes their way.

The Blood and Gold's dangerman is Anice Badri, who has netted twice for his side in the group stage.

Esperance will take on a Rollers side that is eager to end its campaign with victory at home.

The Blues succumbed to a 1-0 defeat to Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) FC away in their previous Group A encounter over a week ago.

The defeat left Rollers in fourth position on the Group A standings having collected three points from five games. They are three points behind third-placed KCCA.

The current Botswana BTC Premiership champions are heading into this game having already been eliminated from the competition.

Rollers will look to Lemponye Tshireletso, who netted the winning goal as they beat KCCA at home last May. 

South African referee Victor Gomes will be in charge of the game between Esperance and KCCA.

Meanwhile, Al Ahly will to welcome KCCA to the Borg El Arab Stadium on Tuesday having already secured their place in the knockout stages. 

The win took the Egyptian Premier League champions to the top of the Group A standings having collected 10 points from five games.

A win over KCCA will see the Red Devils finish at the top their group and set up a quarter-final clash with Group B runners-up.

Morocco international Walid Azarou, who scored the only goal of the match as Al Ahly beat Esperance away, will look to help his side win their last group stage game.

Record eight-time Champions League winners Al Ahly wilL host a KCCA side that is brimming with confidence having defeated Rollers at home.

A win elevated the former Ugandan Premier League champions to third place on the Group A standings as they're already sitting on six points from five games.

The Carbage Collectors, who have already been eliminated from the prestigious club competition, are hoping to end their group stage campaign.

Moroccan referee Redouane Jiyed will officiate the game between Al Ahly and KCCA.
