BetKing Preview: Manchester United vs. Chelsea: Stake on a win or draw for Solskjaer’s team

The big game of Matchday 36 in the Premier League will see top-four hopefuls Manchester United and Chelsea go up against each other at Old Trafford on Sunday evening.

A derby defeat to Manchester City in midweek means that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men have now lost seven of their last nine competitive games.

On the flip side, they still remain three points from the top four thanks to the misfortunes of their rivals and are thus (2.70) with BetKing, for a win that moves them closer.

Maurizio Sarri could only watch as his side drew 2-2 with Burnley on Monday night.

It still leaves them rooted in fourth spot, and as the side that has most wins against United in the Premier League, the Blues are quoted at same odds of (2.70) with the same firm to get another victory.

Both teams played out to a 2-2 draw in the reverse fixture at Stamford Bridge last October and it’s (3.40) to happen this time in the red half of Manchester.

United and Chelsea aren’t in great form at the moment but it is Solskjaer’s side that has a bit of the edge here, in that they have won their last two league games at home against the Londoners and three of their last six competitive meetings with them.

For the Blues, they have lost all four away games to the ‘top six’ this season by an aggregate score of 1-13.

The 20-time league champions do look good to avoid defeat on their turf at odds of (1.45) with BetKing.
