There was plenty of entertainment at the Allianz Arena on Tuesday in the Audi Cup and we are backing another exciting game in the tournament's final

Following their victory over Real Madrid on Tuesday, Tottenham play hosts Bayern Munich in the final of the Audi Cup on Wednesday evening.

Mauricio Pochettino's men looked strong against the 13-time European champions, forcing goalkeeper Keylor Navas into a string of excellent saves to keep the scoreline to a respectable 1-0 to the north Londoners.

Bayern, for their part, thrashed Fenerbache 6-1 in the other semi-final and are clear favourites to win in front of their own fans.

Latest odds

bet365 offer another victory for Niko Kovac's side at 7/10 (1.70). Spurs can be backed at 16/5 (4.20) to claim another high-profile scalp, with the draw offered at the same price.

Team news

Hugo Lloris returned from illness to play the second half against Real and is likely to start on Wednesday. The likes of Dele Alli, Lucas Moura and Moussa Sissoko were all on the bench on Tuesday but could come into the starting eleven.

Bayern fielded practically a first choice starting eleven on Tuesday. Benjamin Pavard, Thomas Muller and Javi Martinez were all on the bench so those players could start against Spurs.

Preview

There were plenty of encouraging signs for the Champions League runners up in their win over Madrid, and that will give them confidence in facing another European giant in Bayern.

Indeed, the north Londoners have already recorded a win over Juventus this summer while narrowly losing to Manchester United, although crucially they have scored in all their friendlies this summer.

Bayern should be too strong at home but Spurs can contribute to a high-scoring game by finding the back of the net. The Germans, too, have also scored in all their matches this summer and backing goals at both ends at the Allianz Arena makes plenty of sense.

Tips and predictions

Both teams to score is priced at a rather skinny 1/2 (1.50), and combining this selection with over 2.5 goals gives healthier odds of 4/5 (1.80).
