THE BIGGER PICTURE
In the absence of the midfield trio, Casemiro and Christian Eriksen are likely to return to Ruben Amorim's starting lineup. 19-year-old academy graduate Jack Moorhouse will also start training with the first team. Moorhouse has appeared in seven U-21 league games this season where he has scored two goals.
WHAT RUBEN AMORIM SAID
Speaking to reporters, the Portuguese coach said: "(It) was a good week until two days ago, we had some problems. We don’t have players back, maybe we have one or two issues, we are waiting. We have one player who is sick, we will see on the weekend."
