Harry Kane set 100-goal target in 'another four years' prediction - with prolific Bayern Munich striker backed to emulate Robert Lewandowski in the legend stakes

The prolific frontman is currently 31 years of age. He has two years left to run on his contract at the Allianz Arena, which will take him through to 2027. If remarkable individual standards can be maintained, then an extension offer could be tabled at some stage.

Kane has been a talismanic presence for Bayern since his arrival from Tottenham in 2023. He has plundered 80 goals through 88 appearances in all competitions and is closing in on title glory for 2024-25 - which will see him land a first piece of major silverware.

There has been talk of Kane retracing steps to the Premier League, or heading to the United States at some stage, but ex-Bayern midfielder Dietmar Hamann can see one of the most fearsome No.9s in world football sticking around in Germany and emulating Robert Lewandowski in the legendary goalscorer stakes.

Hamann told Leo Vegas: "If Harry carries on the way he is, and continues to be rarely injured, he could play for another four years and score over 100 Bundesliga goals. There aren’t too many players who have achieved that.

"With every season he is always up there in the rankings for goals and at Bayern, they have always had strikers like Robert Lewandowski who scored a lot of goals. Certainly, if he stays here and keep scoring goals then it won’t do his reputation any harm."

Kane is already a fan favourite in Munich. He has hit 60 Bundesliga goals through as many appearances in the German top-flight. If that strike rate is to continue, then he would reach three figures before his current contract comes to a close.
