Stima Derby highlights NSL action as KCB target promotion

Fireworks are expected on Wednesday at Karuturi Grounds when the already promoted Western Stima faces their rivals Nairobi Stima at Karuturi Grounds in the National Super League match.

The Kisumu based side have 76 points and will be aiming to finish the season on a high. However, their hosts who will seal the third position with a win, if Ushuru fails to win, and a right to play the playoffs to determine where they will play next season.

KCB will also need maximum points against Coast Stima to seal their place in the Kenyan Premier League next season.

The Bankers made a massive step to promotion in the last win against Green Commandos and coach Elvis Ayany is aware that three points against the unpredictable Coast Stima side will work.

At Sudi Stadium, relegation-threatened GFE 105 will be hosting Ushuru FC aiming at causing a major upset for the Ken Kenyatta led side.

The taxmen have been inconsistent and the relegation-threatened side is desperate to capitalize on that situation and claim something from the game.
