Modern Coast Rangers bagged a 2-1 win against a lower league side in friendly on Saturday

Modern Coast Rangers tamed Changamwe United 2-1 in a pre-season match played at Changamwe Refinery ground on Saturday.

Former Bandari striker Kimea Bakari broke the deadlock in the 5th minute and Hamisi Mwichande doubled the lead in the 35th minute for the 2-0 win.

On return, Lawrence Eboso scored in the 69th minute to serve as a consolation goal for Changamwe United.

Modern Rangers and Changamwe United are preparing for the National Super League and Division One League actions respectively.
