  • WHAT HAPPENED?

    After bidding goodbye to Etihad Stadium earlier this week, De Bruyne will appear for City one last time on Sunday as the club take on Fulham at Craven Cottage in their final Premier League game. The Belgian midfielder is all set to leave the former English champions after 10 years where he won six league titles and a Champions League among several other trophies.

    Per ESPN, De Bruyne has already made up his mind on his next destination and will initiate talks with newly crowned Italian champions Napoli over a free transfer in the summer. Matteo Moretto reports that Napoli will offer the 33-year-old a three-year deal. In the first two years of the contract, the Belgium international will earn €6million (£5m/$6m) per year and in the final year, he will pocked €5m.
