Carlo Ancelotti could ring in the changes when Real Madrid face Union Berlin next in the Champions League as they are already through to the knockouts and have guaranteed themselves top spot in Group C. Bellingham could be potentially rested as he is nursing a shoulder injury which might require surgery. Moreover, he was also spotted clutching his right thigh on a couple of occasions in the final minutes against Betis, which could prompt the manager to leave him on the bench on Tuesday evening.
