VAR - clear handball in the box, second penalty for Nigeria denied.

I've seen similar penalties given in this world cup.
I'll say again VAR is a good initiative if USED properly!#NGA 1-1 #ARG#WorldCup
VAR?? Are u there??

I think a team should have three opportunities to review decisions. Once a team has exhausted its review options the ref would use his discretion whether to review or not. Though I still feel the system is a spoiler, I prefer a goal line tech more.

With VAR the cameras are functioning. Human referees make mistakes. No matter how well trained or educated humans are, they will make mistakes with & without cameras assistance. Even with VAR, some decisions can still have vary in interpretation & we got to respect the ref

Funny to hear and read journalists talk about VAR as if it's a person. VAR is a device like spectacles to help refs see better, but inconsistent errors don't arise from VAR, they arrive from human referees watching the screen. We can see errors from previous games corrected today

The biggest challenge for VAR now is not the cameras or system or referees watching the screen, is nearly everyone at home watching the TV replays think they're a pro referee who understands all the rules. Even journalists and players don't understand all the rules. #WorldCup

As much as Argentina didn't deserve to win this game,I must admit the fact that Nigeria lost this game to the bench.
