    It was reported that Newcastle submitted an €80m bid for Sesko, including €5m in add-ons, but Leipzig rejected it due to concerns over the payment structure. Sky Germany has now reported that Manchester United have yet to submit a formal offer, but have made it clear to the Bundesliga side that they are willing to match Newcastle's bid.
