When is the Carabao Cup third round draw?

The date for the 2022-23 Carabao Cup third round draw is Wednesday August 24, 2022. The draw will be held live on Sky Sports at around 9:45pm BST (4:45pm ET) following the conclusion of the televised game between Tranmere Rovers and Newcastle United.
