'Shut up, dickhead!' - Juventus boss Allegri rants at Bonucci in heated row

Juventus boss Massimiliano Allegri was overheard on video calling Leonardo Bonucci a "dickhead" and telling him to "fuck off" during a heated row in his side’s 4-1 victory over Palermo.

Despite the Serie A leaders being in complete control of the tie, tempers boiled over in Turin between the Juve pair.

Bonucci reacted angrily to Allegri on the touchline as changes were made in the closing stages of the fixture, with the debate dragging on past the final whistle.

The Juve boss was caught on camera shouting in the direction of his Italy international defender: "Shut up, dickhead! Fuck off!"

Bonucci replied by telling his coach to “go to hell”, before disappearing down the tunnel at the end of the game without saluting the home support.

Allegri, who has also seen Paulo Dybala and Stephan Lichtsteiner react petulantly to his decision-making this season, attempted to play down the incident at his post-match press conference.

"These things happen," he said. "I had three players who needed to be substituted because they had cramp. There was a misunderstanding, but it’s no issue, these things happen.

"Is Bonucci already studying to be a coach? It may well something he does in future, even if he still has do much to learn."
