The 16-year-old was the leading scorer in a Barcelona youth side that made it to the semi-finals of last term's UEFA Youth League and is out of contract with the Catalans. 

Juventus Director has Pogba talks


Juventus sporting director Fabio Paratici has travelled to England for talks with Manchester United over Paul Pogba, according to Sky in Italy.

The midfielder has been linked with a move away from Old Trafford this summer, with Real Madrid said to also be in for his signature. 

But Paratici is keen for him to rejoin The Old Lady and has reportedly flown to the UK capital for talks at Man Utd's London offices.

Manchester United are ready to make David de Gea an improved offer as contract talks continue, claims ESPNFC.

The Spain international recently turned down a five-year deal which would have seen him earn £350,000 a week. 

De Gea is reportedly wanted by Paris Saint-Germain after they parted ways with Gianluigi Buffon. 

'Real Madrid should loan out Bale'


Real Madrid should send Gareth Bale out on loan, according to the club's former president Ramon Calderon. 

The 29-year-old's relationship with Blancos manager Zinedine Zidane has broken down in recent months and he is widely expected to leave Santiago Bernabeu this summer.

A move back to the Premier League has been mooted and Calderon thinks that could be the best course of action for everyone concerned.

Bayer Leverkusen set to sign Sinkgraven


Bayer Leverkusen are on the verge of signing Ajax defender Daley Sinkgraven, according to Bulinews.

The Bundesliga giants will pay €5 million for the 23-year-old, who had one year remaining on his existing deal at the Johan Cruyff ArenA.

Sinkgraven managed just 11 appearances in total for Ajax during the 2018/19 season.


Moraes completes Aston Villa move


Brazilian striker Wesley Moraes has completed a €25m (£22m, $28m) transfer to Aston Villa from Club Brugge, according to HLN.

The 22-year-old has signed a five-year contract at Villa Park, ending his three-year stay in Belgium.

Moraes contributed 13 goals and seven assists in 38 league games for Club Brugge last season.

Chelsea's Bakayoko reveals PSG ambition


Chelsea loanee Tiemoue Bakayoko has revealed his burning ambition to play for Paris Saint-Germain, with a return to Stamford Bridge on the cards this summer.

The France international signed for the Blues from Monaco in 2017 but failed to live up to expectations during his first season in the Premier League.

The 24-year-old was shipped out on a season-long loan to AC Milan last summer and he racked up 31 Serie A appearances in total despite enduring a fractious relationship with now-departed head coach Gennaro Gattuso.

Ernesto Valverde would be prepared to sanction the sale of midfielder Ivan Rakitic if an interested club makes a substatial offer, according to SER Catalunya.

31-year-old Rakitic is coming to the end of his peak years and may find his place in the team threatened by the arrival of Dutch starlet Frenkie de Jong.

Manchester United have been heavily linked with a move for Rakitic, with Juan Mata seemingly likely to be leaving Old Trafford this summer.

Barella only wants Inter


22-year-old Cagliari and Italy midfielder Nicolo Barella has his heart set on a move to Inter, according to the Corriere dello Sport.

Milan, Roma and Napoli have all been linked with the dynamic midfielder, but the appointment of Antonio Conte as manager apparently confirmed Inter as his destination of choice.

Barella has made over 100 league appearances since his debut in 2015, and has seven Italy caps to his name.

Spending spree could see Asensio leave Madrid


Real Madrid's massive summer outlay could see a surprise departure from the Bernabeu, with Cadena SER linking Marco Asensio with a move away from the club.

The signings of Eden Hazard, Luka Jovic and Ferland Mendy mean some players will have to leave to balance the books, and a big offer for Asensio could tempt Madrid as he is not one of Zinedine Zidane's key men.

However, it is reported that a club may have to pay €100 million (£88.9m) to convince Madrid to let the 23-year-old go.

Nainggolan not thinking of leaving Inter


Inter midfielder Radja Nainggolan says he is happy in Milan and isn't thinking of a move away from the club.

Speaking to Sky Sport 24, he said: "Inter? I'm happy in Milan, I have a contract and I'm not thinking of anything else but this club."

The 31-year-old signed from Roma last year, scoring seven goals in 36 appearances in his debut season.

Cagliari look to bolster attack with Defrel


Cagliari are looking to improve their attacking options with a swoop for Roma striker Gregoire Defrel, according to the Corriere dello Sport.

The Frenchman spent last year on loan at Sampdoria and is not thought to be in the first-team picture at Roma despite scoring 11 goals in 36 Serie A appearances.

With Sampdoria looking at other options, Cagliari may be best positioned to secure his signature early in the window.

Casillas quashes retirement reports


Goalkeeping legend Iker Casillas has denied reports claiming he is set to announce his retirement from the game.

Speculation has surrounded the Porto keeper after he suffered a heart attack early last month.

But, amid fresh rumours of his retirement, Casillas tweeted that no such decision has been made, and that he will have a meeting with his doctor on Friday.

Bilic takes reins at West Brom


Slaven Bilic has been confirmed as the new manager of West Brom.

Bilic, formerly of West Ham, is expected to sign a two-year deal at the Hawthorns, with promotion to the Championship clearly the priority.

The 50-year-old most recently left a post at Al-Ittihad, after previous spells as manager of Croatia, Besiktas and Lokomotiv Moscow.

Southampton confirm Djenepo signing


Southampton sign Mali winger Djenepo

Southampton have signed 20-year-old Mali international Moussa Djenepo on a four-year deal from Standard Liege for a reported fee of £14 million (€15.7m).

Left-winger Djenepo, who has seven goals in eight appearances for Mali, impressed for Standard with 11 goals and six assists in all competitions last season.

Manager Ralph Hasenhuttl said on the club's official site: “He is an exciting player, with tremendous pace and good finishing abilities, who we have watched closely for some time."

The Saints announced the signing in typically unusual fashion on Twitter, with a short video showing Djenepo riding the 'Ralph Express'.


United still keen on £80m Maguire


Manchester United will not be deterred in their pursuit of Harry Maguire despite Leicester City's £80 million asking price, say ESPN.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is to be backed in the transfer window as he attempts to turn around United's miserable fortunes, but Leicester are fully aware of their desparation.

Maguire, 26, signed a new long-term contract with the Foxes in October and they are under no pressure to sell for anything less than a huge fee.

Giampaolo finalising terms for Milan switch


AC Milan are moving closer to announcing the capture of Sampdoria manager Marco Giampaolo, according to DiMarzio.

The 51-year-old is reportedly in Milan today to agree final terms on the contract at San Siro, where he will replace Gennaro Gattuso as manager.

Despite his Sampdoria side finishing 15 points behind Milan in the season just gone, Giampaolo looks set for what is undoubtedly the biggest job of his 19-year career to date.

Dortmund could move for Koscielny


Dortmund want Arsenal captain Koscielny

Arsenal captain Laurent Koscielny could have played his final game for the club with BILD reporting that Borussia Dortmund want to bring him in. 

Koscielny, 33, has made more than 350 appearances for the Gunners since joining from Lorient in 2010, but may be looking for a new challenge as Unai Emery's rebuilding job continues.

Bayer Leverkusen, AC Milan and Monaco have also been linked with a move for the France international.


Veteran Radu can leave Lazio


32-year-old left-back Stefan Radu has been told by Lazio that he can find a new club, according to Corriere dello Sport.

Having joined the club in 2008, the Romania international has captained Lazio and made almost 350 appearances for his side.

But despite being under contract until 2021 Lazio are keen to freshen up their starting eleven, meaning Radu will be made available for free.

APOEL sign Matic Jr.


Nemanja Matic's younger brother Uros Matic has completed a move to Cypriot champions APOEL.

Matic, 29, joins on an initial loan deal with a view to buy from parent club FC Copenhagen.

A midfielder like his brother, Matic spent last season on loan with Austria Vienna. He made seven appearances for Serbia's under-19 side as a youngster, but hasn't won a senior international cap.

Mertens warned off China move - by his wife


Katrin Kerkhofs, wife of Napoli forward Dries Mertens, says she warned him away from a lucrative move to China, insisting they would be happier in Italy.

In an interview with Humo, she said: "Dries told me that by playing for one or two years in China, our grandchildren would be financially secure for years. 

"But we would not have been happy, we need a social life, we like the sun and the scenery. A year is a long time and can ruin everything. 

"I have nothing against the players who accept these offers but, fortunately, I convinced him."

Blades linked with Bayern veteran Ribery


36-year-old Franck Ribery is looking for a new club this summer, and kicker are linking newly-promoted Sheffield United with a move.

However, with interest from Australia and Qatar, the Blades face competition for his signature.

Ribery is leaving the Bundesliga champions after 12 years at the club, and it is thought he still feels he can operate at a higher level than United can offer him.


Milan want Sensi, Sassuolo want Cutrone


AC Milan are targeting Sassuolo's 23-year-old midfielder Stefano Sensi as part of their summer revamp, according to the Gazzetta dello Sport.

Sensi and Milan have already been in touch over a five-year contract at San Siro, though the transfer fee may prove a sticking point.

While Milan are prepared to offer €20 million (£17.8m), Sassuolo want €35 million (£31.1m), and may ask for striker Patrick Cutrone as part of the deal.

Arsenal youngster Bramall 'gutted' when Wenger left


Arsenal's departing youngster Cohen Bramall told Goal he knew his time was up at Arsenal as soon as Arsene Wenger left the club.

Bramall, 23, is one of seven players who will leave the Emirates at the end of his contract and said he was "gutted" that the Frenchman chose to bring his reign to an end.

Liverpool revive Fekir interest


Liverpool are keen on resurrecting a deal for Lyon's Nabil Fekir but are stalling over the transfer fee, according to Eurosport France.

The Frenchman had been close to a move to Anfield last summer, but a failed medical ended hopes of a €50 million (£44.5m) switch.

Now, Liverpool are reported to be back in for him - but are only willing to pay €30 million (£26.7m) this time around.

Arsenal close on goalkeeper Schubert


Arsenal to sign goalkeeping prospect Schubert

Arsenal are close to finalising a deal for 21-year-old German goalkeeper Markus Schubert, according to the Independent

The youngster, currently at Dynamo Dresden, is highly rated as a modern goalkeeper but is available on a free transfer this summer.

The Gunners are already looking at sourcing a loan move for Schubert, either in the Championship or back in Germany.

Rangnick emerges as contender for Chelsea job


RB Leipzig boss Ralf Rangnick has emerged as a surprise contender to succeed Maurizio Sarri at Chelsea - according to Bild.

Sarri is expected to take over at Juventus in the coming days, after only one year in the Premier League.

Rangnick guided Leipzig to a third-place finish in the Bundesliga last season, qualifying for the Champions League in the process.

Arsenal in advanced talks with Saliba


Arsenal are in advanced talks with Saint Ettiene over a summer transfer deal for William Saliba, according to Le 10 Sport.

The 18-year-old could complete a switch for around €30 million ($34m, £27m), before being sent back to Stade Geoffroy-Guichard on loan next season.

Saliba racked up 16 appearances in Ligue 1 last term and already has three caps to his name for the France U-19 national side.

Chelsea won't sign Kovacic on permanent deal


Chelsea have decided not to take up an option to sign Mateo Kovacic on a permanent deal, according to the Daily Mail.

The Real Madrid midfielder spent last season on loan at Stamford Bridge but is due to return to Santiago Bernabeu this summer.

Kovacic is likely to be shipped out on loan again, with a return to former club Inter Milan reportedly on the cards.

Napoli negotiate record transfer for Rodriguez


Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis has been in contact with Florentino Perez over a transfer for James Rodriguez, according to Corriere dello Sport.

However, a deal is still some way off, with Real Madrid asking for what would be a record transfer fee for Napoli - €42 million (£37m).

Rodriguez is thought to be surplus to requirements at the Bernabeu despite requesting that his two-year loan spell at Bayern Munich not be made permanent. 

Atalanta to ward off Napoli with new contract for Ilicic


Champions League newcomers are hoping to tie down Josip Ilicic to a new contract amid interest from Napoli, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.

The 31-year-old Slovenian is one of Gian Piero Gasperini's key men, having scored 28 goals in his two seasons at the club.

Napoli have been linked with a move for the player but Atalanta are thought to be willing to offer him €2.2 million (£2m) a year to stay at the club.


United's Fernandes signing doesn't depend on Pogba exit


Manchester United will look to push through a move for Sporting Lisbon midfielder Bruno Fernandes regardless of whether they sell Paul Pogba, according to O Jogo.

Sporting are looking for €70 million (£62m) for the Portugal international, who has also been linked with Liverpool.

With Ander Herrera leaving Old Trafford and Juan Mata likely to follow, United are on the hunt for midfield reinforcements and Fernandes is thought to be one of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's top priorities.

Lyon could target Tierney as Mendy replacement


Celtic starlet Kieran Tierney could be sounded out as a replacement for Ferland Mendy at Lyon, according to the Scotsman.

A number of the top clubs have been linked with the 22-year-old, who some fans have touted as already being better than Liverpool's Andy Robertson.

Having sold Mendy to Real Madrid for an initial €48 million (£42.7m/$54m), Lyon could be willing to outbid their transfer rivals in order to source a replacement.

PSG are desperate to avoid another coup from Barcelona over Matthijs de Ligt having already lost out on Frenkie de Jong, according to De Telegraaf.

De Ligt's agent Mino Raiola is reported to have spoken to PSG director Antero Henrique, though Raiola has dismissed this as 'fake news'.

Some reports have suggested that the French champions are in pole position to sign the 19-year-old defender, with Barca frustrated at his failure to commit his future to them already.

Celtic are rivalling clubs from England and Germany Christopher Jullien, according to the Daily Record.

The Scottish treble winners are looking to replace Dedryck Boyata, and 6'5" Frenchman Jullien ticks all of Neil Lennon's boxes.

'Wan-Bissaka should reject transfer' - Salako


Former Crystal Palace favourite John Salako says Aaron Wan-Bissaka should stay at the club for at least another season to aid his development.

He told Love Sport Radio that he thinks it is too soon for a big move for the right-back, who enjoyed a breakthrough season last campaign.

"It's too early for Aaron. He needs another season," he said. 

"You remember with Walcott and those types of players who came through at Southampton - even Bale or Oxlade-Chamblerlain - they came early and it took them years to find their feet."

Boca to offer swap deal for Salvio


Boca Juniors are willing to offer 23-year-old Argentina winger Cristian Pavon in a deal to sign Eduardo Salvio from Benfica, according to TYC Sports.

Salvio, 28, has clocked up over 250 appearances for Benfica since 2010, though it is thought he is not yet ready to return to his home country.

However if Boca are unsuccessful in such a deal, Pavon could still make the step to Portugal, with Porto interested in his services.

Odegaard is 'interesting' to Bayer Leverkusen


Bayer Leverkusen are considering a move for Real Madrid prodigy Martin Odegaard, according to BILD.

The Bundesliga side are set to lose Julian Brandt this summer and are looking for a talented young replacement, with Dinamo Zagreb's young Spaniard Dani Olmo also thought to be of interest.

"He is an interesting player for us," Bayer sporting director Simon Rolfes said of Odegaard, now 20, who impressed last season on loan at Vitesse.

The midfielder, who spent half of last season on loan at Arsenal, is ready to leave the Spanish champions in search of playing time, but wants to stay in La Liga

"What I want is to leave Barca and play," Suarez told El Larguero.
