A WhatsApp group has been mooted to raise funds for ailing Kenyan legend Joe Kadenge.
Former international Sammy Ty Sholei, who is behind the initiative, has asked Kenyans at large to at least contribute Sh1, 000 to help pay bills for Kadenge. “Mzee Kadenge Hospital Fund - Let's stand with Mzee now that he needs us, better now than later, Let's cheap in people. I’am asking for your support of only Sh1, 000 and it will go a long way to help.”

The Kenyan legend was rushed to Meridien Hospital on Monday, December 26, after falling sick at home.
