Bournemouth after Man City starlet Nmecha


Manchester City's Lukas Nmecha has drawn interest from Bournemouth, according to the Sun.

The forward is currently on a season-long loan, but has yet to score for the Championship.

The loan is Nmecha's first away from Man City with the forward impressing Eddie Howe during his time with the England U-21s. 

Wenger calls AC Milan links 'fake news'


Following recent reports linking Aresene Wenger to AC Milan, the former Arsenal boss has come out to refute the rumours.

Calling the speculation '"fake news", Wenger denied that he's been in negotiations to replace the under-fire Gennaro Guttuso.

Juventus appear ready to spend big as the club is eyeing Jadon Sancho, Anthony Martial and Moussa Dembele, according to Tuttosport.

Sancho has rapidly become one of the more talked about players in Europe as he has broken thrrough in a big way with Borussia Dortmund.

Martial and Dembele, meanwhile, are intriguing options due to their contract situations as both are set to see deals expire this summer, although Martial still has one option year left with Manchester United

Palace pushing for Welbeck deal in January


Danny Welbeck is a target of Crystal Palace as the club looks to seal a deal in January according to the Sun.

The Arseanl forward is out of contract at the end of the season and has yet to be offered a new deal by the Gunners.

Palace, meanwhile, could certainly use a boost in the goalscoring department and Roy Hodgson has experience with Welbeck dating back to his tenure as England boss. 


Diop responds to reports of £50m PSG move


West Ham's Issa Diop joked that he may need to check with his agent amid rumours linking him to Paris Saint-Germain.

The Frenchman joined the Premier League club this summer for a record fee and has made 12 appearances thus far.

Now, though, he's being linked with a major move to PSG, and the defender insists he's unaware but intrigued.

Galaxy fire VP of soccer operations Vagenas


The LA Galaxy have fired vice president of soccer operations Peter Vagenas after a second straight season missing the playoffs. 

"The club has made the decision to part ways with Pete Vagenas," Galaxy president Chris Klein said in a statement. "After the last two seasons, we felt this move was in the best interest of the LA Galaxy going forward."

Vagenas was named the Galaxy's general manager in 2016 before taking on his new role at the end of the 2017 season. 

Watford and West Ham want Demme


West Ham and Watford are eyeing a move for RB Leipzig midfielder Diego Demme, according to Calciomercato

The 26-year-old holding midfielder has impressed for the Bundesliga side, earning a call-up to the German national team last year.

Demme has made more than 150 appearances for Leipzig since a 2014 move from Paderborn. 

Man City eyeing Palace defender Wan-Bissaka


Manchester City are keeping an eye on Crystal Palace right-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka, according to the Mirror

The 20-year-old has broken through to become a regular for Palace this season after making his debut in February. 

Everton are also keeping tabs on Wan-Bissaka, who has a contract at Selhurst Park through 2022. 


Milan target Bailly in January


AC Milan are planning a January move for Manchester United defender Eric Bailly, reports ESPN FC.

The 24-year-old has fallen out of favour at Old Trafford, having not made an appearance for United since early October. 

Bailly's contract is set to expire at the end of next season, and discussions over a renewal have not yet begun. 

‘Pogba more suited to Juventus than Man Utd’


Paul Pogba has been told that “Italian football suits him”, with former Manchester United star Jaap Stam not surprised to have seen talk of a potential return to Juventus surface.

The Dutchman told Il Bianconero: “A possible return to Juventus? I have no idea if he’s happy at Manchester United but I’m sure he would be good at Juventus. Italian football suits him.”

Andre Silva insists he never wanted to leave AC Milan


AC Milan striker Andre Silva has expressed his regret following his loan move to Sevilla during the summer transfer window, inistsing that he would have prefered to remain at the San Siro.

The 23-year-old has scored seven goals in his first 14 games in La Liga and he still harbours ambitions to become one of Europe's most deadly strikers in the coming years.

"I am working to become the best striker in the World," Silva stated.

"I didn't want to leave AC Milan, I wanted to play. I wanted to have opportunities and be the André that I always was.

"But I definitely needed more game time. I had many options but in the end I said yes to Sevilla. Now I am here and I feel I've done the best possible choice."

Real Madrid agree deal to sign Palacios from River Plate


According to Diario Sport, Real Madrid have a verbal agreement in place with River Plate for the transfer of Exequiel Palacios, with the deal set to be completed in 2019.

The 20-year-old midfielder will sign a five-year contract at the Santiago Bernabeu and will cost the European champions €15m (£13m, $17m).

Palacios has already earned two caps at international level with Argentina and was also a reported target for Barcelona and Atletico Madrid.

Bale is a primary target for Manchester United in 2019


According to Don Balon, Real Madrid winger Gareth Bale is high on Manchester United's list of potential signings next summer and they may be able to acquire him for a cut-price fee.

The Welshman's market value has dropped recently and by the end of the season, he could be worth around €80m ($91m, £70m), with Madrid officials ready to acknowledge that they made a mistake in thinking he could fill the gap in the squad left by Cristiano Ronaldo's departure to Juventus.

Bale has between now and the end of the current campaign to turn things around in Spain, but United are poised to prepare a bid for the 29-year-old if his situation fails to improve.

Real Madrid mulling over Jardim appointment


Ex-Monaco boss considered by Real Madrid

Former Monaco manager Leonardo Jardim, who was replaced by Thierry Henry in October, could be set to take on the manager's job at Real Madrid, ESPN report.

The article states that Jardim is one of a number of managers under consideration for the top job at the Bernabeu, including Antonio Conte, Roberto Martinez and Mauricio Pochettino.

During his time with Monaco, Jardim guided a young side to the Ligue 1 title and the Champions League semi-finals in 2016/17.

Vorm 'bored' at Spurs and may seek exit


Tottenham goalkeeper Michel Vorm has told De Telegraaf that he may look to leave the club when his contract expires at the end of this season and has admitted that sitting on the bench is 'boring'.

Mauricio Pochettino is weighing up whether to play either Vorm or fellow Spurs goalkeeper Paulo Gazzaniga in their Champions League clash with PSV on Tuesday, with Hugo Lloris suspended.

Vorm, though, says there's a chance he may be on the move at the end of this season.

"I think I have a few good years for myself. My contract expires after this season, then we'll see how it goes. I feel very good. Now I have to make sure that I stay fit. It's always boring to sit on the bench or in the stands."

Fabinho still adjusting to life at Liverpool


Liverpool midfielder Fabinho has admitted that he's 'not totally settled' at Anfield yet, but says he feels he's now on 'the right path'.

The Brazil international has started three consecutive matches for the Reds and could be in line for a fourth when Jurgen Klopp's side take on Red Star Belgrade this evening.

"I'm not totally settled just yet," Fabinho said.

"I'm still adapting to here but I believe that I'm now used to the football style, especially when it comes to the intensity of the game which is really different from the league that I came from."

Juventus are eyeing up a move for Ajax defender Matthijs De Ligt, with Medhi Benatia looking increasigly likely to leave the club, according to Tuttosport.

De Ligt has been linked with a number of top club's from across Europe, including the likes of Manchester City and Barcelona, but it appears Juventus are also keeping a close eye on his development.

Moroccan defender Benatia has refused to play down reports linking him with a move away from Turin in January and it seems Juventus may well have their eyes firmly set on his replacement already.

Barcelona are set to advance on their interest in David Luiz and make a move for the Chelsea defender in January, as claimed by Mundo Deportivo.

The Catalan side need a defender to improve their backline and hope to bring in someone with experience.

David Luiz has emerged as an ideal candidate due to his exploits with the Blues and Paris Saint-Germain.

The former Manchester City striker has been a big hit in Denmark since joining in 2016, maintaining his good form this term.

Leicester and Bournemouth are already tracking the 24-year-old, but Everton could nip in to snap him up.

Barcelona line up Sarabia to replace Malcom


According to Don Balon, Barcelona will target Sevilla winger Pablo Sarabia if Malcom ends up leaving the Camp Nou in January.

The Brazilian starlet joined the Spanish champions in the summer from Bordeaux for €41m (£36m, $47m), but has only managed to feature twice in La Liga for Ernesto Valverde's side and is already being linked with a move away from the club.

Sarabia has a release clause of €18m (£16m, $21m) and has yet to sign an extension on his current deal with Sevilla, which could open the door for Barcelona to swoop for his signature in the new year.

Leon Bailey reveals why he rejected Man United & Liverpool


The 21-year-old signed a new contract with Bayer Leverkusen in August, despite speculation linking him with a Premier League switch.

Medhi Benatia has opened the door to the possibility of leaving Juventus in the January transfer market and Manchester United have emerged as the frontrunners for his signature.

According to Tuttosport, Red Devils boss Jose Mourinho wants to bring in an experienced centre-back to marshall his back four after shipping 18 goals already this season and the 31-year-old fits the bill nicely.

Benatia joined Juve on loan in 2016 before making the deal permanent a year later and has 58 appearances under his belt for the club in total. He is now seeking more regular playing time elsewhere and United may be the ideal destination for the Morrocan defender.

Maja set for new deal with Sunderland


Josh Maja is set to sign a new deal with Sunderland following a hot start to the League 1 campaign, according to Sky Sports.

Maja has nine goals in 13 starts for the club with his current deal set to expire in the summer.

Luka Modric has been linked with a move to Inter in recent months, but it appears the Real Madrid star has drawn attention from another Italian powerhouse.

Hughes could be sacked by Southampton on Saturday


Mark Hughes is in danger of being sacked, according to the Express.

Southampton currently sit 16th and this past weekend's 6-1 loss to Manchester City did little to alleviate pressure on Hughes, who could be sacked on Saturday if the club falls to Watford.

Sam Allardyce, David Moyes, Gordan Strachan and Leonardo Jardim have been named as potential replacements should the club opt to move on.

Former Arsenal defender Sagna hoping for Impact stay


Bacary Sagna is looking to stay with the Montreal Impact through the next MLS season after signing with the club in August.

The former Arsenal defender made nine starts for the club and has an option for 2019.

“I want to stay here,” Sagna said, according to “[Montreal] is a city I like and a club that I already love. I’m ready. I gave everything to give my best for the team, and I will in the future.”

Real Madrid are set for a new deal with Adidas that would bring the club €1.1 billion ($1.26 billion) over 10 years, according to Marca

The deal would be the most expensive in world football, and the figure could rise to €150 million ($171 million) per year.

Real Madrid's relationship with Adidas goes back to 1998 and the new deal would more than double the money brought in by the club under the current contract with the sportswear company.
