Milan to offer Rodriguez a new deal amid Dortmund and Schalke interest

Stephan Lichtsteiner has revealed he's had discussions with Arsenal over a new contract, but admits he may leave in search of more football. The 35-year-old only joined the Gunners in the summer, and has made 23 appearances in all competitions. However, he has an eye on playing at Euro 2020 next year and believes he may have&nbsp;to leave to increase his chances of getting picked for the Switzerland squad. "There have been talks. We have to see if it suits both sides," Lichtsteiner told <a href="https://www.nzz.ch/sport/stephan-lichtsteiner-sagt-ich-spiele-bis-es-mich-vertaetscht-ld.1468866" target="_blank">Neue Zurcher Zeitung</a>. "Arsenal is a big club, I feel very happy. But I want to play regularly with regard to the European Championships.&nbsp; It was okay this year. But if the coach says that he no longer counts on me, I have to worry."

David Alaba has admitted he's open to leaving Bayern Munich in the future for a new challenge at a Spanish or English club. The 26-year-old has been part of the Bayern first-team squad since 2009, but has stated he could see himself playing elsewhere. "I can imagine trying something else but I really feel very comfortable at Bayern," Alaba told <a href="https://www.bild.de/bild-mobil/audio/fussball/phrasenmaeher-podcast-55592708.bild.html" target="_blank">BILD</a>. "Every year there a new challenges and new objectives and the pressure will always be there. I'm happy in Munich but of course I can imagine seeing something else (in the future). "Spain, England. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is exploring the possibility of bringing Harry Maguire to Old Trafford in the summer.
