Kakamega Homeboyz are up and down in search of Sofapaka midfielder Wycliffe Opondo.

The Western Kenya-based KPL outfit are out to bolster their squad before the closure of pre-season transfer window and Opondo is currently on their radar.

Chairman Cleophas Shimanyula has hinted to Goal their dire need for the midfielder describing the former Thika United ace as a player, who can be of great benefit to the team in 2017. “We are keen on boosting our midfield department and our eyes are on Opondo (Wycliffe). We think he can strengthen that area.”
