Last season Celta Vigo managed to pick up points in both of their La Liga matches against Barcelona and the Galicians have consistently posed problems for the Blaugrana.
Indeed, Barca have only won two of their last six league clashes with Celta but Ernesto Valverde's men will be hoping to claim victory here to end 2018 on a high note.
Latest odds
After dropping points in November against Real Betis and Atletico Madrid, Barcelona have responded in impressive fashion with three consecutive league victories, 11 goals scored and none conceded.
bet365 offer the hosts at 1/8 (1.12) while Celta can be backed at 20/1 (21.00) and the draw is available at 8/1 (9.00).

Team news
Right-back Nelson Semedo missed last week's win over Levante meaning Barca had to switch to a three-man defence. The Portuguese defender has been training this week, as has Sergi Roberto, so the champions should revert to a normal back four. Rafinha and Samuel Umtiti remain long-term absentees.
Celta Vigo have no major injury concerns for their trip to the Camp Nou.

Preview
The last six league meetings between these two sides have produced 32 goals and this has been one of the most entertaining La Liga fixtures in recent seasons.
Celta head to Catalonia this weekend as the third top scorers in La Liga, and with Barcelona leading the division in terms of goals netted, there is every chance that we see another high scoring encounter.
Between them these two sides boast four of the top five scorers in La Liga (Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez, Iago Aspas and Maxi Gomez) and last season both meetings ended in the same 2-2 scoreline.
Tips and preview

Both teams to score is available at 3/4 (1.75) which is a price big enough to consider given the two sides' respective records.
Celta have scored away at Sevilla, Real Madrid and Real Betis - all of whom are currently in the top five - and have managed over 1.5 goals in eight of their 16 league matches.
They can be backed at 9/2 (5.50) to score at least twice this weekend, but the price of 5/6 (1.83) meanwhile for both teams to score and over 2.5 goals looks unmissable, having paid out in five of the last six league meetings between these sides.
