WHAT HAPPENED?

According to the latest report published by <a href="https://theathletic.com/live-blogs/premier-league-news-live-updates/286By601ZT8j/b0sOyaec4HlA/" target="_blank">The Athletic</a>, the Cityzens star is expected to be back on the pitch before the end of the current season. He underwent scans on his shoulder which revealed that he did not sustain a serious injury.

Stefan Ortega has been a reliable backup for Ederson this season and had to guard City's goal in his absence for around one month when the 30-year-old got injured against Liverpool in March.
