The Liverpool full-back was spotted wearing an unreleased pair of next-generation Adidas Predator boots on Saturday during the club's Premier League clash against Manchester City and on Sunday, the player revealed that he has joined hands with Adidas.

The Athletic reports that the English international signed a lucrative multi-year deal with the German company, thereby ending a six-year-long relationship with American sportswear brand Under Armour. The report also states that Alexander-Arnold is now one of the highest-paid players for a boot deal in European football.

The defender shared a heart-warming video on his X account where he reminisced his childhood days of supporting Liverpool also donning a pair of Adidas boots.

The Reds star now joins the likes of Real Madrid's Jude Bellingham and Barcelona's Pedri who have been made the face of the next generation of the Adidas boots.

The Predator boots were previously made famous by legendary footballer David Beckham who became synonymous with the brand during his career.

In his maiden game wearing the new boots, the 25-year-old scored an important goal and helped his team hold the Cityzens to a 1-1 draw. He will be next seen in action for Jurgen Klopp's side in the Europa League against LASK on Thursday.
