Man Utd & Real Madrid target Theo Hernandez's agent makes clear statement on France defender's future after being dropped for AC Milan clash with Genoa
The defender's agent Manuel Garcia Quilon has clarified that his agent fully intends to stay at Milan and sign a new contract that will keep him at the club beyond 2026. The French defender has been linked with a move to Manchester United and Real Madrid as both European giants are in search of a quality left-back option.

WHAT HAS BEEN SAID
Speaking to Sky Sport in Italy, Quilon said: "We didn't talk about renewal but about fiscal issues. The clear will is to stay and renew, we've said it many times."
Asked about the decision to leave the player on the bench for the full 90 minutes as Milan drew with Genoa at the weekend, the agent added: "These are not decisions that are up to him. He respects his team-mates and when a player plays in one role, the other doesn't play. It also happened to [Rafael] Leao, you have to respect the coach's choices."

THE BIGGER PICTURE
Sky further claims that in the meeting between Hernadez's agent and Rossoneri CEO Giorgio Furlani, both parties agreed to a new deal. The main target for the Serie A giants is to not lose money on the defender if a suitable offer for him arrives next summer. The Italian side are reportedly ready to increase the player's wages €5 million (£4.1m/$5.2m) per season.
