    Bright made her first appearance in five months on Saturday after coming on as a substitute against Barcelona in the semi-finals of the Women's Champions League. The Lionesses star is back to fitness after a knee injury but could not help the Blues progress to the final. Emma Hayes's side held a 1-0 lead from the first leg but lost 2-0 at Stamford Bridge to crash out of the competition.

    The defeat will be tough to take for the Blues and Hayes who is in her final season as Chelsea manager before moving on to the USWNT. Hayes blasted the officials after the game for sending off Kadeisha Buchanan, calling the red card "the worst decision in Women's Champions League history." Bright has now shared her thoughts on the match and admitted it was a "bittersweet moment" after finally returning to action.
