WHAT HAPPENED?
The Brazil international remained out of action for the majority of the current campaign due to an ACL injury and returned to action only last month. Now the defender has opened up on the candidate who he thinks is the most suitable to win the prestigious Ballon d'Or award in 2024.

The 26-year-old was asked to pick his preferred player between team-mates Vinicius Jr and Jude Bellingham for the award. Both Los Blancos stars enjoyed a stellar run of form in the 2023/24 season having scored 23 goals each and contributed heavily in the club's La Liga triumph and reaching the Champions League final.
WHAT EDER MILITAO SAID
Speaking to reporters, Militao said, "To win it? Both, but Vinicius is the best for me. If he keeps doing things like this, it won't be long."
