David Beckham's Inter Miami eye Raphael Varane as ex-Real Madrid ace is targeted to link up with Lionel Messi, Sergio Busquets and Jordi Alba in MLS

Per the Mirror, the David Beckham-owned Major League Soccer franchise are keen on bringing the ex-France international to the USA this summer. Varane is currently a free agent after leaving the Red Devils at the end of the 2023/24 season when his contract expired.

The 31-year-old suffered multiple injuries in his final season at Old Trafford as he appeared in just 32 matches across all competitions. He was, however, included in the United starting lineup in the FA Cup final where they beat rivals Manchester City 2-1 to lift the trophy. Despite his fitness concerns, the Herons are keen on adding the experienced player to their ranks to further bolster their squad.

If the Frenchman decides to move to America, he has a chance to team up with his former foes and Barcelona stars Lionel Messi, Sergio Busquets, Luis Suarez and Jordi Alba at Chase Stadium.

Varane has also been linked with a move to Liga MX giants Tigres and it remains to be seen if he would consider making a move out of Europe for the first time in his career this summer.
