Man Utd prepare Willian & Alderweireld bids
Manchester United are preparing bids for Chelsea forward Willian and Tottenham defender Toby Alderweireld, according to ESPN.
Jose Mourinho remains a fan of Willian from their time together at Stamford Bridge, with the Brazil international open to a reunion at Old Trafford.
Alderweireld, meanwhile, has failed to agree terms on a new deal with Spurs and is set to be sold this summer in a bid to raise funds.
Arsenal bid for Under rejected
Arsenal have seen a €30 million (£26m/$35.5m) offer rejected for Roma forward Cengiz Under, according to Tuttomercatoweb.
The 20-year-old has impressed during his first season for the Giallorossi, scoring eight goals in 32 appearances.
Though Roma are reluctant to sell, they would want around €50m (£44m/$59m) for the Turkey international, with Monaco having also seen a €35m (£31m/$41.5m) bid rejected.
Arsenal hold talks with Seri's agents
Arsenal have held talks with representatives of Nice midfielder Jean Michael Seri over a summer move, reports Sky Sports News.
The 26-year-old has been identified by several top clubs as an ideal signing, with Chelsea and Manchester United also linked.
Seri would likely cost around £40 million (€46m/$54m), though the Gunners would wait to make a move until they have appointed a new manager.
Spurs to move for De Ligt
Tottenham are set to move for highly rated Ajax teenager Matthijs de Ligt, according to the Evening Standard.
The 18-year-old is valued at around £50 million ($68m), and is also a target for Barcelona this summer.
But Mauricio Pochettino wants to use the money raised by the expected sale of Toby Alderweireld to bring in a younger replacement.
Arteta in pole position for Arsenal job
Mikel Arteta has emerged as Arsenal's primary target to become the club's new manager as the Gunners begin a major staffing overhaul.
The former midfielder, who currently works under Pep Guardiola at Manchester City, is now the frontrunner for the post after Juventus boss Massimiliano Allegri removed himself from the running.

Arsenal want £35m Freiburg defender
Arsenal are pressing on with negotiations to sign Freiburg defender Caglar Soyuncu despite no official news of who will replace Arsene Wenger for next season, the Telegraph claims.
The report suggests the Gunners have completed their interview process for a new manager but none of the candidates were asked their opinion on 21-year-old Soyuncu.
A number of Premier League sides were said to be interested in the young Turkey international, but Arsenal are in pole position despite their managerial situation, with head of recruitment Sven Mislintat having taken charge of summer transfers.
Guardiola wants Kroos reunion at Man City
Pep Guardiola wants to reunite with Real Madrid midfielder Toni Kroos this summer, according to Don Balon.
Kroos is a target of Jose Mourinho and Manchester United this summer, but Guardiola does not want to miss the chance to work with him again, with the pair having previously won a title together in Pep’s first season at Bayern Munich.
Chelsea prioritise Lascelles
Chelsea have made Newcastle captain Jamaal Lascelles their primary defensive target this summer, according to the Evening Standard.
The Blues are keen to bolster their back line following their failure to qualify for the Champions League.
And having pulled out of the race to sign Toby Alderweireld, all their attentions have now turned to securing Lascelles.
Juve ready Morata bid
Juventus are preparing to make a summer move for Chelsea striker Alvaro Morata, according to Gazzetta dello Sport.
The Serie A champions, who Morata played for from 2014 to 2016, are exploring the possibility of an extended loan period before triggering a €50 million (£44m) purchase clause.
Juve are apparently eyeing up a replacement for Mario Mandzukic, who they fear will leave the club as he searches for a new challenge.
Low signs new Germany deal to end Arsenal hopes
Joachim Low has agreed a deal to extend his contract with the Germany national team until 2022.
The German was one of the names to have been linked with the Arsenal job following Arsene Wenger's departure, while he had also been suggested as a possible option for Real Madrid.
But he is happy to stay on with Germany having extended his current deal, with Low having won the World Cup back in 2014 after initially taking the job in 2006.

Donnarumma price set at €70m
AC Milan will demand a fee of €70 million (£62m) from any clubs interested in signing Gianluigi Donnarumma, according to Gazzetta dello Sport.
The Italy international has apparently attracted interest from Europe's top clubs and is considered one of the best young goalkeepers in world football.
Milan have reportedly relaxed their stance over the possibility of selling Donnarumma after the 19-year-old's average 2017-18 campaign.
Balotelli offered to Dortmund
Mario Balotelli was offered to Borussia Dortmund by the player's agent Mino Raiola, according to Bild.
The Bundesliga club were apparently invited to move for the Italian striker, who is on the look-out for a new club ahead of his contract expiring at Nice.
Dortmund declined to sign the player, however, with the club focusing on alternative targets, including Frankfurt winger Marius Wolf.
No Arsenal offer for Emery
Unai Emery has revealed that he is yet to receive any offers after leaving PSG.
The Spaniard won seven trophies in his two years with the Ligue 1 club although a failure to suitably progress in Europe ultimately cost him his job.
He has revealed that Arsenal haven't yet given him a call, however, with the north Londoners searching for a replacement for Arsene Wenger.

Pochettino to sell five first-team players
Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino wants more transfer funds available this summer and will part with five first-team players in order to generate extra income, according to the Mirror.
The Spurs boss wants club chairman Daniel Levy to back him with a relaxed wage budget and more money in order to attract higher quality players to the team.
Pochettino has green-lit the sale of Toby Alderweireld, Danny Rose, Mousa Dembele, Fernando Llorente and Moussa Sissoko.
Inter want Strootman
Inter are reportedly interested in signing Roma midfielder Kevin Strootman, according to Gazzetta dello Sport.
The Serie A side are wanting to improve their options in midfield and have apparently targeted the Dutchman as a summer transfer target.
Strootman only signed a new long-term contract with Roma in 2017 although it does include a €32 million (£28m) buyout clause that Inter are willing to pay.
Conte’s expensive backroom staff delays his sacking
Chelsea will have to buy out nine members of Antonio Conte’s backroom staff if they decide to sack their manager at the end of season, reports the Daily Mail.
That point, combined with the belief that no one was capable of taking over mid-season with the Blues trying to salvage Champions League qualification, led Conte to surviving until the summer.
It may also influence the choice of a successor, as Maurizio Sarri is seen as a cheaper and less complicated option compared to Luis Enrique, who is more expensive and also has extensive staff demands.
Emery believes Neymar will remain at PSG
Outgoing Paris Saint-Germain boss Unai Emery believes Neymar will remain with the club despite rumours linking him to Real Madrid and Manchester United.
Neymar's first season in Paris was cut short due to a broken foot, and reports persist that he will force a move away from the Ligue 1 champions this summer.
However, Emery reiterated Neymar's claims of being tired of the transfer talk and he does not think the Brazil star will depart PSG during this transfer period.
Iniesta choosing between China and Japan
Andres Iniesta has admitted he is deciding between China and Japan for the next destination in his storied career.
The Barcelona star's long-mooted deal to the Chinese Super League had appeared to fall through, opening the door for teams from Japan and Australia to enter the frame.
However, Iniesta has apparently eliminated Australia from consideration while maintaining China is a possibility along with Japan.

Premier League to open transfer window earlier
The Premier League transfer window is set to open this Thursday, two weeks earlier than normal, according to Sky Sports.
After last year’s summer window closed, English football decided to end the transfer window two weeks earlier, closing it on August 9, rather than August 31.
But to bring it in line with FIFA regulations, the transfer window must also open earlier, with the league set to announce the change on Wednesday.
Boca Juniors want Ospina
David Ospina is in the crosshairs of Argentine giants Boca Juniors as his Arsenal future is uncertain, reports the Sun.
The Gunners goalkeeper’s long-term outlook at the club is in question as the club considers wholesale changes to coincide with Arsene Wenger’s departure.

West Ham hold talks with Fonseca
One day after David Moyes’ contract expired at West Ham, the club held talks with Shakhtar Donetsk manager Paulo Fonseca, reports the Daily Mail.
Fonseca and his agent Jorge Mendes met with Hammers chairman David Sullivan at his home in Essex on Monday.
West Ham are also believed to be interested in former Manchester City boss Manuel Pellegrini, but rate the younger Fonseca higher.
Allardyce to be sacked in next 48 hours
Everton manager Sam Allardyce is set to be sacked in the next two days as the club line up Marco Silva as his replacement, reports the Guardian.
Allardyce will meet with Toffees majority shareholder Farhad Moshiri this week, where it is expected he will be relieved of his duties.
The Merseyside club will then turn to former Watford boss Silva, who was previously their first choice after they sacked Ronald Koeman.
Rooney deal nearing finish line
Wayne Rooney and D.C. United could finalize a deal for the attacker later this week or early next week, according to the Washington Post.
The two sides have ironed out any major issues and while minor details continue to be discussed, Rooney is looking likely to visit Washington D.C. in the next two weeks for “closing meetings” and to complete a medical.
