Bocco and Ulimwengu left out as Mayanga makes changes to Taifa Stars squad

Tanzania head coach Salum Mayanga has made changes to the travelling squad which travelled to Algeria on Monday.

In the latest squad, Mayanga has included striker Rashid Mandawa who plays for BDF of Botswana, Shaban Iddi and Himid Mao (both of Azam) to replace the injured John Bocco, Thomas Ulimwengu, Hamis Abdallah and Farid Mussa.

All named players flew with the team to Algeria where they will meet skipper Mbwana Samatta who arrived ahead of the team in Bilda, Algeria.

Taifa Stars is set to play two friendly matches throughout the FIFA week calendar between March 24th and 30th.

The first game will see Stars play away against Algeria on March 22 then five days later they will host DRC Congo at the National Stadium.
