That's all for today, goodbye!
Southampton now go eight points clear of the drop zone after Cardiff City and Brighton and Hove Albion both lost below them. They now turn their attention to the game against Newcastle United next weekend and Hasenhuttl will be glad that they are back to winning ways as they continue to fight to avoid relegation. Wolves miss out on the chance to go back to seventh after Leicester City won yesterday and they will be hoping that they can get back to winning ways when they face Brighton next Saturday.
Southampton take a big step towards safety after securing a 3-1 victory over Wolves. Redmond gave the home side the lead with just 94 seconds on the clock when he beat Coady to get on the end of Sims' cross and fire his shot into the roof of the net. Wolves responded well to going behind and had a couple of good chances to equalise before Boly pulled them level when he headed Moutinho's corner past Gunn and into the back of the net. Less than two minutes later, Southampton were ahead again though as Redmond kept calm when left one-on-one with Patricio and chipped his shot over the goalkeeper. Long then came off the bench to secure the three points for his side when he bundled the ball over the line after some poor defending by Wolves.
90' + 5' FULL-TIME: SOUTHAMPTON 3-1 WOLVES.
90' + 3' Wolves are keeping possession well in Southampton's half at the minute, but their final ball into the box has been poor since Southampton's last goal and they can't get close to the goal.
90' + 1' Long is down after being caught by Dendoncker and he's holding his hip when the referee comes across to see him. There's no need for any treatment though as he's quickly back to his feet, but once again the free-kick is poor.
89' Wolves were trying to cleverly play their way out of their own box, but they overcomplicate and end up giving away a free-kick when Ward-Prowse is caught. It's a poor set piece though and it comes to nothing.
Hélder Costa
Diogo Jota
Wolverhampton Wanderers
87' Final roll of the dice from Nuno now. Jota is the player coming off and he's replaced by Costa.
86' Wolves are seeing a bit more of the ball again now, but they aren't getting into any areas on the field that are troubling Southampton.
J. Stephens
Y. Valery
Southampton
84' It looks like Hasenhuttl doesn't want to risk it by leaving Valery on, so he is now replaced by Stephens.
82' Valery pulled up after making a darting run with the ball and the medical team are on the field now to give him some treatment. It doesn't look as bad as it did at first though and he's ready to come back onto the field.
80' Jonny almost scores an own goal! Wolves are really struggling at the minute and when the corner is swung in for Southampton Jonny doesn't seem to know where the ball is and it bounces off him and is heading towards goal. Bednarek makes the run to try and get on the end of it, but Patricio gets across quickly to collect it.
78' Long has scored in back-to-back Premier League games for the first time since May 2016.
76' Wolves look very rattled after that third goal and they just haven't been able to get out of their own half since then.
R. Saïss

74' Saiss is shown a yellow card for a bad foul on Long.
74' GREAT SAVE PATRICIO! It's messy defending once again by Wolves as Romeu is picked out in a lot of space on the edge of the box from the corner. He drags his shot, but Yoshida was in the right place to get on the end of it and try to score the tap-in but the keeper reacted brilliantly to deny him from very close range.
73' Southampton look a lot more confident after scoring their third goal as Bertrand drives down the left wing to put a cross into the box. Long comes close to getting on the end of it, but Wolves manage to bundle it clear.

71' LONG SCORES SOUTHAMPTON'S THIRD! It was poor defending from Wolves and they just can't get the corner clear after it comes into the box. Yoshida had the original shot, but it was blocked by Coady and Long got on the rebound to fire the shot into the back of the net to give them a two-goal advantage. 3-1 Southampton!
M. Yoshida

Southampton
71' Yoshida lost his balance after getting his shot away but he stretched his leg out to reach the ball first once again so that he could tap it onto Long to get the goal.
M. Gibbs-White
Rúben Neves
Wolverhampton Wanderers
70' Neves makes way after that miss and Gibbs-White comes on to replace him.
69' GREAT CHANCE FOR NEVES! Yoshida tried to clear a corner, but his header looped up and fell nicely for Neves who took the shot on the volley. It was a wild effort in the end though and it ended up going out of the field close to the corner flag.
R. Bertrand

Southampton
67' Bertrand receives a yellow card after catching Neves in the face with his elbow.
65' Southampton are once again struggling to get on the ball at the minute, but Wolves aren't causing them too many problems as they haven't been able to get into any dangerous positions.
63' Wolves are slowing the pace of the game down a little bit now as they patiently try to build up an attack from the back. A throughball by Dendoncker picks out Jota on the edge of the box, but Vestergaard makes an important interception to stop him from playing in Jimenez.
Oriol Romeu
J. Sims
Southampton
61' Sims is the other player to make way and Romeu is on in his place.
S. Long
D. Ings
Southampton
61' Hasenhuttl makes a double change for Southampton now as well. Ings is the first to come off and he's replaced by Long.
Adama Traoré
M. Doherty
Wolverhampton Wanderers
60' Nuno makes the first change of the game for Wolves as he brings on Traore in place of Doherty.
58' Redmond had a good chance to mount an attack for Southampton, but he was the only Southampton player in Wolves' half and he was quickly closed down by four defenders which effectively brings the move to an end.
56' Southampton are seeing a bit more of the ball at the minute, but they are struggling to find a way into the final third.
54' Southampton have been struggling to get out of their own half for a lot of the second half so far, but they have a free-kick in a good position now after Redmond was caught. The cross into the box is poor though and Wolves are able to get it clear.
52' Moutinho plays a short corner with Jonny and when he gets it back, he tries to curl his cross towards the far post. All of his team-mates had made the run to the near post though and Vestergaard was able to get it clear.
50' Wolves have made a very bright start to the second half and are causing Southampton a lot of problems in and around their own box, but so far they haven't been able to manage an effort on target that would trouble Gunn.
48' Jonny gets ahead of Valery and squares the ball into the middle of the box where Jota was waiting. Vestergaard missed it and the forward tried to curl it into the near post, but it was wide of the post.
46' Southampton get the game back underway for the second half.
Wolves have created the better chances of the game and Nuno will be hoping that they will carry on in the same way that they played in the first half as they looked very dangerous. If they can get on the front foot early on, then they have a good chance of finding a quick equaliser to get them back into the game. Hasenhuttl will be very pleased with how his side started the game and reacted to being pegged back and he will want them to continue playing the way they did in the first half to secure the much-needed three points.
Redmond scores a brace to give Southampton a 2-1 lead over Wolves at half-time. His first goal came after just 94 seconds when he beat Coady to get on the end of Sims' cross and fired the ball into the roof of the net from close range. Wolves slowly grew into the game after a slow start and had the better chances of the half through Dendoncker and Jimenez. Boly eventually scored the equaliser for Wolves when he got on the end of Moutinho's corner and fired his header back across goal and past Gunn. Two minutes later, Southampton were ahead again though as Redmond was left one-on-one with Patricio and coolly chipped his shot over the keeper and into the back of the net.
45' + 3' HALF-TIME: SOUTHAMPTON 2-1 WOLVES.
R. Jiménez

45' + 2' Jimenez receives a yellow card for a foul on Hojbjerg.
45' + 1' The referee has come across to have a word with Jota after he tried to claim that Gunn was wasting time. He has gone back and awarded Southampton a free-kick though as Jimenez tried to prevent the keeper from kicking the ball out of his box.
44' Vestergaard almost plays his side into trouble as he takes too long to pick out a pass to his team-mate. Jimenez closed him down quickly and intercepted his pass to Gunn, but the defender recovered well to get back and see the ball out for a corner, which comes to nothing.
42' Both sides have been a bit sloppy in possession when they start moving forward which is just disrupting the rhythm of the game at the minute.
João Moutinho
Thẻ vàng
Wolverhampton Wanderers
40' Moutinho receives the first yellow card of the game after a bad challenge on Redmond.
39' Wolves have been playing a lot of passes between their defenders to slowly build up an attack from the back, but a change in shape from Southampton seems to be making it a bit harder for them to get out of their own half.
37' Wolves are piling players forward again at the minute as they chase another equaliser, but Southampton are staying compact and limiting them to long-range efforts for the time being.
35' Moutinho's cross from the corner wasn't great his time and Bednarek gets it clear, but only as far as Neves. The midfielder takes the shot first time from outside the box, but it is just wide of the near post.
34' The game is very open now as Wolves go on the attack now. Jota is once again at the heart of the move, but when he tries to play in Doherty on the edge of the box, Bertrand is across quickly to block his cross.
32' ANOTHER GREAT CHANCE FOR SIMS! Just like with Redmond's goal, Ings sees the his team-mate running into the space in the box and he plays a throughball to Sims. He tries to chip the ball over Patricio, but he can't get his effort on target this time either and Wolves are let off the hook.
31' SIMS COMES CLOSE! The space has really opened up for Southampton now and they are straight on the attack after the restart. Ings squares the ball to Sims on the edge of the box and he drills his shot low and across goal to try and find the bottom corner, but his effort is inches wide of the post.

30' It was the quick play from Southampton that catches Wolves out but when Ings receives the ball, he gets his head up and quickly plays in Redmond to set up the chance.

30' REDMOND GIVES SOUTHAMPTON THE LEAD AGAIN! He times his run perfectly to make sure he is on side so he's left one-on-one with the keeper. Patricio is quickly off his line to meet him, but Redmond keeps cool and chips the ball over the keeper and into the back of the net. 2-1 Southampton!

28' Moutinho's corner was whipped into a great area of the box and he missed all the Southampton defenders crowded at the near post to pick out his team-mate.

28' BOLY EQUALISES FOR WOLVES! He rises the highest in the middle of the box to get on the end of Moutinho's corner and he heads the ball back across goal and past Gunn into the back of the net. 1-1!
27' Jonny does really well to get past the two Southampton defenders closing him down and get into the box to pick out Dendoncker on the penalty spot. He doesn't make great contact with the ball though and it pinballs around the box. There are a few half-hearted shouts for a penalty when it hits Vestergaard on the arm, but the referee waves the claim away.
25' Redmond is down receiving treatment now after he was on the end of a heavy challenge. He has to be helped back to his feet, but he's quickly back on the field to carry on.
23' Jota has started dropping back to pick up the ball in midfield now as Southampton are more compact in defence than they were a bit earlier and Wolves are looking to their wide players to try and find a way into the box now.
21' All of the Southampton players are in their own half trying to close down the space and stop Wolves from getting into the final third. When they do win the ball back though, they needlessly give it back to their opponents.
19' GOOD CHANCE FOR JIMENEZ! Jota weaved his way past three Southampton defenders to pick out his strike partner, but Jimenez was closed down pretty quickly and had to backtrack to the edge of the box to find some space to get his shot away. His attempt was powerful, but it was straight at Gunn and it was an easy save for the keeper.
17' This time a sloppy pass from Ward-Prowse allows Boly to win back the ball and he picks out Jota who is making a run into the box from the left. Jimenez was up in support and wasn't marked, but Jota decided to take the shot himself and Yoshida made an important block to deny him.
15' A sloppy pass from Boly goes straight to Valery who plays in Ings first time. The striker gets the ball caught under his feet but he manages to square it to Redmond who fires his shot low towards the bottom corner, but Patricio gets across quickly to catch the effort.
14' Redmond's goal after 94 seconds is Southampton's quickest in a Premier League game since Virgil van Dijk netted after 69 seconds against Tottenham in December 2016.
12' Wolves have settled into the game now and are looking a lot more dangerous when they do get into the final third. Southampton are still trying to press quickly, but they aren't having as much luck as they were before.
10' GOOD CHANCE FOR DENDONCKER! Wolves have a free-kick down the right wing which is taken by Moutinho. He whips it into the middle of the box and Dendoncker drops back to get his head to the ball, but he can only direct his effort wide of the near post. He was offside when the set piece was taken, but the linesman didn't spot it.
9' Sims has made a bright start to the game for Southampton and every time they go on the attack, they are trying to pick him out, but Coady is able to intercept the pass through to him this time.
7' DOHERTY COMES CLOSE! Dendoncker did really well to weave his way into the box, but his effort was blocked by Vestergaard. The ball only went as far as Doherty who was waiting at the edge of the penalty area though and he had a go from long range, but his effort was just wide of the near post.
6' Southampton are keeping Wolves pinned into their own half at the minute and the away side are getting sloppy with their passes as they try to move forward.
4' Wolves are trying to keep possession in their own half following that early goal, but their is no pace in their passes at all and Southampton are closing them down quickly and causing them some problems.

2' REDMOND PUTS SOUTHAMPTON AHEAD! Some direct play from Southampton down the right wing allowed Sims to square the ball into the six-yard box and Redmond was the first to reach it and he fired the ball into the roof of the net. 1-0 Southampton!
1' Wolves get the game underway at the St Mary's!

Nuno Espirito Santo makes only one change to the team that lost at Wembley last Sunday. Patricio is back in goal in place of Ruddy, who starts on the bench.
Ralph Hasenhuttl has made just two changes to the side that lost to Liverpool last weekend. Sims comes into the starting line-up as does Ings who was ineligible to face his parent club. Romeu and Long, who scored the only goal for the Saints in that game, both drop down to the bench.
WOLVES SUBS: John Ruddy, Ruben Vinagre, Morgan Gibbs-White, Ivan Cavaleiro, Ryan Bennett, Helder Costa, Adama Traore.
WOLVES STARTING XI (3-5-2): Rui Patricio; Romain Saiss, Conor Coady, Willy Boly; Matt Doherty, Leander Dendoncker, Ruben Neves, Joao Moutinho, Jonny Castro Otto; Raul Jimenez, Diogo Jota.

SOUTHAMPTON STARTING XI (3-4-2-1): Angus Gunn; Jan Bednarek, Maya Yoshida, Jannik Vestergaard; Yan Valery, James Ward-Prowse, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, Ryan Bertrand; Josh Sims, Nathan Redmond; Danny Ings.
Southampton come into this game having won just five of their 12 Premier League games so far in 2019 (D3 L4), with two of those wins coming in their previous three. Wolves were knocked out of the FA Cup semi-final last weekend after a 3-2 defeat to Watford after extra-time and have won just three of their last eight matches in all competitions (D2 L3).
Hello and welcome to live coverage of the Premier League meeting between Southampton and Wolves at the St Mary's Stadium!
