4. How often does MUNDIAL publish? MUNDIAL publishes one high quality football story each day. Our magazine is published quarterly, with four issues released each year.

5. What topics does the magazine cover? Everything from cultural explorations of legends like Diego Maradona and Ruud Gullit to beautiful grassroots carnage all over the world. From Champions League to Sunday League, MUNDIAL celebrates the parts of football people love.

6. What if I want to cancel my subscription? You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account on our website. Please note that if you cancel your annual subscription, you will retain access until the end of your billing cycle.

7. How do I change my shipping address? To change your shipping address, log into your account and update your information under the "Account Settings" section. Make sure to do this before the next issue is scheduled to ship.

8. What if my magazine doesn’t arrive? If your magazine doesn’t arrive within a reasonable time frame, please contact our customer service at enquiries@mundialmag.com so we can assist you.

Subscription Pricing for 2025

Shipping for print subscriptions is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

All prices are in GBP and may be subject to change. The most up-to-date pricing is always available on the subscription pages of our website.

What else do you get?

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel anytime, and you won’t be charged again. Your subscription will stay active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds for the remainder of your subscription term will not be given.


Duties and Taxes:
Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs.

By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.


MUNDIAL Platform Change

Why am I being asked to re-enter my card details to keep my subscription?
We’re moving to a new subscriptions management provider because Yotpo, the service we currently use to manage MUNDIAL subscriptions, is shutting down. To ensure your subscription continues without interruption, you’ll need to re-enter your payment details once in our new secure system called Stripe.

Will my subscription details (renewal date, plan, etc.) stay the same?
Yes. Your subscription details, including your renewal date, plan type, and billing cycle, will remain unchanged. The only thing you need to do is update your payment information.

Will my price change?
Our pricing has been updated in line with our 2025 rates. You’ll notice this update reflected in your next billing cycle, whether you’re on an annual or quarterly subscriber. 

What happens if I don’t update my payment details?
If you don’t update your payment details by the end of May, your subscription will be paused, and you’ll stop receiving your MUNDIAL issues. To keep enjoying your subscription without any breaks, please update your details as soon as possible.

Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We’re switching to a trusted and secure payment provider (Stripe) that follows industry-leading security standards. Your payment information is fully encrypted and protected, and we never store your details ourselves.

How long does it take to update my payment details?
Less than 60 seconds! Simply click the link in our email, enter your payment details, and you’re all set.

How do I update my payment details?

If you can’t find our email, check your spam/junk folder or contact us at enquiries@mundialmag.com and we’ll help you out.

I recently renewed my subscription. Do I still need to update my payment details?
Yes. Even if you’ve recently renewed, you’ll still need to re-enter your details in the new system to keep your subscription active. This ensures that your next renewal goes through without any issues. 

What if I don’t want to continue my subscription?
If you choose not to update your payment details, your subscription will automatically stop at the end of May.
