Former Kenyan Premier League champions, Tusker FC have officially parted ways with coach George Nsimbe.

The Ugandan was suspended by the club with about two months to the conclusion of the 2017 KPL season for allegedly calling some players ‘too old’.

The sentiments did not go down well with the club's management who reacted by slapping the Ugandan with an indefinite ban. Francis Baraza took over the team on interim terms.

The club’s Director Charles Obiny has confirmed that the the two parties are no longer together.

“We have parted ways with Nsimbe, but on mutual consent, so he will no longer be with us from now henceforth.

“Right now we are on the lookout to find the suitable candidate to fill his void, we have not yet decided who it will be, but once we do we will communicate.”

This comes a few weeks after the Brewers parted ways with 14 players including striker Allan Wanga, James Situma and Humphrey Mieno.

Mieno has since signed for champions Gor Mahia.
