‘This is not right’ – Twitter reacts to Moses African Player of the Year award snub

Football fans took to social media to express their reactions after the Nigeria international was snubbed for the top individual accolade in Africa

The Confederation of African Football excluded Victor Moses from the final three-man shortlist for the 2017 African Player of the Year.

The 27-year-old was dropped for Egypt’ Mohamed Salah, Senegal’s Sadio Mane and Gabon’s Pierre Emerick Aubameyang.

And here is what Twitter had to say about the snub of the Chelsea wing-back who had an illustrious 2016-17 campaign where he won the English Premier League title and also guided Nigeria to the 2018 Fifa World Cup in Russia.
