Sporting Lisbon to loan Angolan winger Ary Papel to Primeiro Agosto for one year

The 24-year-old Angola international has struggled to cement his place at Sporting Lisbon and had spells with their B team and at Moreirense on loan

Angolan winger Ary Papel has extended his contract with Sporting Lisbon to 2020, but is about to be sent on a season loan to Primeiro Agosto in his native country.

Papel’s impending arrival at Agosto would be a timely boost for the Angolans who have reached the Caf Champions League quarter-finals.

“Sporting triggered the clause that provided for the renewal of contract with Ary Papel for another season," reported Portuguese publication Abola.
