Sheyi Ojo’s strike eases Fulham past Birmingham City

The 20-year-old scored the winner to power the Cottagers past the Blues in Saturday’s English second divison outing

Sheyi Ojo's strike was enough for Fulham to secure a 1-0 victory over Birmingham City in an English Championship clash at Craven Cottage.

The winger powered home Neeskens Kebano’s cross in the 14th minute to make the only difference in the encounter.

The Anglo-Nigerian has scored twice after he returning from a shoulder injury which sidelined him for more than two months.

Ojo has now made eleven appearances for Slavisa Jokanovic’s side this season since his loan move from Liverpool in the summer.

This was Fulham's seventh league win of the seasin and they are placed 13th in the log having picked 29 points from 21 matches.

They will be looking to build on this victory when they travel to the Stadium of Light to lock horns with Sunderland in their next league outing on December 16.
