Speaking at the ceremony, Hunt said he would like to honour a hard working member of his squad and saw the former SuperSport United and Bafana defender as the right man to lift the award.
“I would like to give this award to a player who is hard working both on and off the pitch, the most professional footballer and who delivered no matter when he was called upon,” said Hunt.
