A charismatic speech from manager Josef Zinnbauer inspired Orlando Pirates to their epic comeback against Bidvest Wits last weekend.
The German was fuming after a far from convincing first-half that had seen the Buccaneers 0-2 down at half-time at Orlando Stadium on Sunday.
When his team returned from the dressing room, Pirates went on to complete an astonishing comeback to level 2-2 to take the match to extra-time where they eventually took the lead, 3-2, but conceded again in the last minute.
But their dreams of progressing to the next round of the Nedbank Cup were dashed in the penalty shootouts as they lost 3-2.
A video of how Zinnbauer delivered an impassioned halftime speech has been circulated and has had the clubs' faithful gushing over the newly-crowned coach of the month.
